Returns & Refunds Policy (UK)

At Marques Jaxon, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something’s not quite right, returns are easy.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange.

To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags attached
Shoes must be in their original box
Items must be free from makeup, fragrance, or visible wear

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, then a further 14 days to return it. We extend this to 30 days total to give you extra peace of mind.

How to Return

To start a return or exchange:

Contact our team with your order number and request.
Use the printed return label provided in your parcel.
Attach it securely to your package, then take it to your local parcel shop.

Please use a tracked service when sending items back. The return postage fee is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow up to 7 working days for it to show in your account
You’ll be notified once the refund is processed

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or colour? As long as the item is in stock, we’ll send out the replacement after receiving the original.

If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll refund you instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right. Let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll cover the return costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, some items (like underwear or swimwear) may not be returnable unless faulty. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
